Holder of a college diploma in architectural technology from Cégep Lévis-Lauzon, he gained extensive experience at the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, where he validated the compliance of various buildings, whether on plans or constructed, conducted research on applicable articles, drafted correction notices, and explained non-compliances to the concerned professionals.
