With over 24 years of experience in building codes and standards, Lisa now leads Codex and the practice in codes and standards at STGM. As Principal Technical Advisor, she contributes to building inspection mandates, plan analysis, and compliance analysis of both existing and new buildings in the commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential sectors.

Her professional journey has allowed her to refine her expertise in codes and standards. Starting as a permit application reviewer and site inspector, she quickly became a technical advisor in building standards, then head of a consulting division that encompassed all building standards consulting activities and fire prevention. She continued her career with Groupe CSB as Principal Technical Advisor and head of the Quebec City office. In the fall of 2012, she joined the STGM Architecture team and founded Codex, Consultants in Codes and Standards.
